You can see our current daily prices including VAT when booking via our booking form and they depend on the day of the week, season, etc. and are subject to price dynamics.

Arrival and departure are generally not possible on Saturdays. Book directly from Friday or until Sunday.


Children up to three years old can stay with us free of charge. In this case, please provide their name and birthday when booking.

Children up to 13 years pay a reduced price. Children over 14 pay the full price.


The tourist tax of the municipality of Mittelberg / Kleinwalsertal is charged from the age of 14 and amounts to € 4.40 per guest per night. We will pass on any increase to our guests.
